A tumunu is the hollowed palm the village circle gathers around — everyone contributes, one person serves at a time, and the circle holds them to it. That is how we work: small, accountable teams across project delivery, building, digital & AI, inclusive education, fashion, and craft.
No big-agency layer. Four of the circle live on Rarotonga; two hold Wellington. Clear scope, named responsibility, professional standards.
Project delivery is the spine; five trades stand behind it. Every engagement is quoted, scoped, and led by a named member.
End-to-end delivery of funded projects in the Cook Islands and NZ: workplans, procurement, risk, and donor-standard reporting, directed by an experienced digital transformation project manager.
Carpentry, renovations, and delivery support by a qualified NZ carpenter and Licensed Building Practitioner. Restricted building work signed off properly.
Applied AI, research-grade analysis, and digital monitoring & evaluation — geotagged evidence, asset registers, and dashboards that make delivery data available while the work happens.
Original garments and made-to-order pieces from an emerging designer, alongside handmade craft and commissioned artwork rooted in Pacific making traditions.
Performing-arts workshops and creative programmes designed for disabled and mixed-ability learners. Simple rubrics, real-world training, handover that sticks.
Six members. We name the lead on every job — no collective fog. Individual identities shared on engagement.
